Abstract (English):
The article reveals the demands for organization and implementation of the federal state surveillance in the area of circulation of medicines and protections of rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The article defines the order for conduct of the control and surveillance measures of the pharmaceutical manufacturers, which allows understanding the main principles of conducting and planning of scheduled and unscheduled field inspections as well as preventing the illegal inspections. The list of system irregularities in pharmaceutical organizations is given as well as recommendations for its prevention.
