Abstract (English):
The article dedicated to issues of implantation of telehealth technologies to high tech medical care in the area of “cardiovascular surgery.” The analysis of already implemented telehealth technologies for remote description and interpretation of the computerized tomography data is conducted. The main issues of telehealth funding are reviewed. The measures for development of the regulatory framework for conducting of the distant consultations are proposed.
