Abstract (English):
The article presents a study of patients' opinions about the quality of pharmaceutical services by analyzing reports in book of comments and suggestions in pharmacies. The authors have developed and presented algorithms for conflict-free communication of pharmacists in with the patients in a situation of returning (exchanging) a previously acquired medicines due to poor quality ones.
